TOUR PROGRAMME

Day 1:
On arrival Beijing airport, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

Day 2:
In the morning, after breakfast at your hotel, you’ll meet your guide and head out to visit Tiananmen Square, Shijia Hutong and Jingshan Park. After lunch, you will explore the wonders and exhibits of the iconic Forbidden City.

Day 3:
Today, you’ll visit the Temple of Heaven and its beautiful park, before being driven to the Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the best restored and most scenic sections of this vast defensive enterprise. After lunch, you’ll return to Beijing, with the rest of the day free to spend in your own style.

Day 4:
This morning, you’ll start your day with a boat cruise to visit the beautiful Summer Palace. After lunch, you will be transferred to Beijing Xi (west) Railway Station to catch your train to Xian, where you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. 

Day 5:
You will spend your morning to discover the secrets of the Terracotta Warriors, part of the vast funerary site of China’s first Emperor, Qin Shi Huang. Later, you’llhave a discovery tour of Xi’an’s distinctive cuisine, and visit the city’s famous and unique Mosque, rooted in the creation of the Silk Road.

Day 6:
After breakfast, you’ll visit the remarkable historic wall of this ancient Capital City, one of the few remaining examples remaing in modern China. Later you’ll visit Big Wild Goose  Pagoda and Shaanxi History Museum. In the late afternoon, you’ll be driven to the airport for your flight to Guilin, where you’ll be met and driven to your next hotel.

Day 7:
Your day will start with a visit to Reed Flute Cave and Elephant Trunk Hill, before discovering the folk culture of South China in Daxu Ancient Town.

Day 8:
This morning you’ll cruise along the Li River between Guilin and Yangshu, taking in the magnificent scenery. After lunch on the boat, you’ll venture into the countryside to experience the daily lifestyle of the local farmers and visit the market in Fuli.

Day 9:
You will be free in the morning until your driver come to take you to Guilin Xi (west) Railway Station for the train to Chongqing. Upon arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to the pier to board your Yangtze cruise ship.
Day 10:
You’ll wake aboard your vessel ith the chnce to enjoy apre-breakfast Tai Chi session. In the morning you can enjoy an optional (with surcharge) trip to Fengdu Ghost City. In the afternoon, you’ll an inclusive offshore excursion to the cliffside Shibaozhai Pagoda.

Day 11:
Your Yangtze River cruise continues passing through Qutang and Wu Gorges, an optional (with surcharge) excursion to White Emperor City overlooking the end of Qutang Gorge is available. In the afternoon, you will go ashore for an inclusive excursion to Shennv Stream, a quiet and secluded wonderland of the Yangtze River, wher you can enjoy the natural scenery and explore the mysterious historic coffins on the cliffs.
Day 12:
This morning the ship will disembark at Maoping pier of Yichang for a visit to the Three Gorges Dam, the world’s largest water conservancy project. You’ll then be transferred to Yichang Dong (east) Railway Station to take your afternoon train to Shanghai, where you will be met and driven to your hotel.

 

Day 13:
Today, you’lll spend your whole day exploring Shanghai, visiting the magnificent Ming Dynasty Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai Tower, Jade Buddha Temple and the European colonia lera areas of the Bund and French Concession.

 

Day 14:
Today, your time will be free until your driver arrives to transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
