TOUR PROGRAMME

Day 1:
Arriving at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel, with time to settle in before a performance of traditional water puppetry and a welcome dinner.
Day 2:
Today, you’ll travel to the coast to board your wooden Junk for your cruise of Ha Long Bay to enjoy the features of this beautifully scenic natural wonder and enjoy kayaking and a swim, staying the night on board.
Day 3:
Your cruise continues, exploring a floating village and visiting a pearl farm. After disembarking at around noon, you’ll travel back to Hanoi and your hotel.
Day 4:
This morning, you’ll have a guided tour of the historic and cultural highlights of Hanoi. In the afternoon, you’ll have a rickshaw ride of central Hanoi and the Old Quarter. In the evening, you’ll be taken to the railway station to board the overnight train to Hue.
Day 5:
Arriving in the morning at Hue station, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. In the afternoon, you’ll have a cruise of the perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda and the Royal Tombs of Emperors Minh Mang and Khai Dinh.
Day 6:
This morning, you’ll have a cycle ride through Hue’s rural villages and visit the Ngoc Son Princess Garden House. In the afternoon, you’ll continue cycling to visit more of Hue’s historic Garden Houses and a handicraft village.
Day 7:
In the morning, you’ll be driven over the Hai Van Pass to Danang, with a stop at the Cham Museum, before continuing on to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Hoi An and your next hotel.
Day 8:
In the morning, you’ll have a cycle of the narrow countryside roads, observing scenes of rural life along the way. You’ll then board a boat into Thu Bon Estuary and along the shore to join the local fishermen aboard a traditional coracle. After cycling back to Hoi An, you’ll have a free afternoon at leisure.
Day 9:
In the morning, you’ll catch the flight to Ho Chi Minh City, where you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. In the afternoon, you’ll get on a vespa to explore the city’s highlights.
Day 10:
Today, you’ll have a speedboat ride along the Saigon River to the wartime Cu Chi Tunnels, utilised by the resourceful Viet Cong fighters in their struggle.
Day 11:
Today, you’ll be taken to the airport for your onward or departure flight.
